Stronger Together

Michelle Kjolso, LMHCA

I’m Michelle, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. I hold a BA in Social and Human Services from Western Washington University and an MA in Counseling from Seattle University. I work with individuals ages 8 and older, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, self-harm, relationship challenges, and personal growth, with a special interest in helping those impacted by trauma.

My approach to therapy is person-centered and collaborative. Together, we explore what brings you to counseling and what you hope to change, focusing on your whole self. In a safe and supportive space, I help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with greater clarity, balance, and resilience.
