For Parents & Caregivers

Sometimes you can see that your teen is struggling, but you’re not sure what they need or how to help.

Maybe they’re overwhelmed by school, pulling away from family, struggling with friendships, putting intense pressure on themselves, or seeming more anxious or down than usual. Maybe you’ve tried talking, encouraging, and giving them space, but nothing seems to be helping.

This is where my experience as both a high school counselor and therapist matters. I understand the world teens are navigating and how school, friendships, family, social pressure, and expectations can affect their mental health.

In therapy, your teen gets a space that is theirs. I’ll listen, ask questions, offer perspective, teach practical skills, and help them make sense of what they’re experiencing without making them feel like something is wrong with them.

My goal is to help your teen better understand themselves, build the skills they need, and feel more confident navigating the challenges they’re facing.
