Hi, I’m Michelle.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, high school counselor, and therapist who works with teens and young adults in Lynnwood and throughout Washington. I’ve spent more than 15 years supporting teens and young adults in schools and mental health settings.

I genuinely enjoy working with teens and young adults and feel fortunate to be part of such an important stage of life. I appreciate the humor, challenges, growth, and figuring-it-all-out that come with these years.

Outside of work, I’m a mom of three adult children and have been married for more than 25 years. I enjoy 90s hip-hop, reality TV, camping, and being near the water.

FUN FACT: There’s almost always one of us wearing a pair of Vans - it’s become a bit of a family trademark
